Abstract
In recent years, social anxiety is getting worse due to the increasing crime and incident rates. Therefore the needs of crime data processing has been increased. In this paper, we propose a method constructing skyline index to retrieve crime data efficiently. Also we propose a normalization method to regularize the dataset.
