- Abstract
- 본 연구는 청소년이 경험하는 부모 방임이 진로정체감에 미치는 영향과 부모 방임과 진로정체감 관계에서 공동체의식의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 한국청소년정책연구원에서실시한 한국아동·청소년패널조사(2010년∼2017년), 중1 패널 데이터 5차연도(고2)의 2,088명의자료를 활용하여 부모 방임, 공동체의식, 진로정체감의 구조적 관계를 검증하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모 방임을 높게 인식할수록 공동체의식은 낮게 나타났으며, 공동체의식을 매개변인으로 투입하였을 때 부모 방임은 여전히 유의한 변인이었다. 둘째, 공동체의식은 부모 방임과 진로정체감의 관계를 유의하게 부분매개하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 부모 방임을 경험한 청소년들의 진로정체감 향상을 위한 통합적 접근의 필요성과 교육과정 및 지역사회 연계 방안을 논의하였다.
