- Abstract
- In this study, we apply system dynamics approach to simulate the diffusion of intelligence-driven cloud solutions in law enforcement authorities. As such solutions are developed and marketed by commercial enterprises, their diffusion will primarily depend on vendors’ spending on advertisement and on positive word-of-mouth within law enforcement authorities. We propose multistage system dynamics model of technology diffusion based on Bass model. We perform base experiment and sensitivity analyses to test potential adoption rates and diffusion patterns of intelligence-driven solutions. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2015.
