- Abstract
- 본 논문에서는 기업의 R&D투자효율성을 2단계 DEA모형을 적용하여 분석하였다. 실증분석의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업의 R&D투자에 따른 효율성을 기존 DEA모형과 2단계 DEA모형으로 각각 분석하고 비교한 결과, 2단계 DEA모형을 적용하는 것이 더 타당함을 확인하였다. 둘째, Kruskal-Wallis 검증을 통해 R&D투자비율별, 기업규모별, 업종별 그룹간 차이가 있는지를 검증한 결과, R&D투자비율별과 규모별은 기술적산출 효율성지수에서 그룹간 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 업종별은 사업화결과 효율성지수에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 마지막으로 R&D 사업포지셔닝 매트릭스 분석을 통해 향후 R&D투자 효율성 제고를 위한 그룹별 대안을 제시하였다.
