Abstract
According to the trend of naturalism toward wellbeing, consumers are interested in environment-friendly ingredients, some of them are choosing the materials good for their skin type and making the cosmetics. These handmade products rapidly gained huge popularity in the consumer becomes active, but the relevant standards and the supervision system has not been established. In this study, about hand-made products to target have experienced and non-experienced hand-made products made investigated preferred and satisfaction. The purpose is to provide data that can contribute to development of hand-made products industry in the future. This study was sampled 230 experienced people in making handmade products, 173 non-experienced people from age 20 to 40 women. Through this study, 97.3% women of respondents replied that they know about hand-made product. When women think of hand-made products, the first image that would be better for the skin using natural ingredients was the highest. The learned path of making experienced people through friends or neighbors was the most frequent. About 70% women who have non-experienced in making hand-made ​​products want to make hand-made ​​products in the future. They want to make the best product based on the most common appliances want to make a professional studio or in the shop were the reasons due to the top of the Faith replied.As can be seen in this study, consumer satisfaction was higher and they were interested in hand made products and they were willing to make hand made products, for non-manufacturers. But still have a lot to be improved, to make consumer confidence has, raw materials and education, environmental improvements and making theory systematic formulation, and the preparation of the relevant standards and supervision is deemed necessary.
