- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 여자대학생 교내경기 참여자의 참여동기, 몰입 및 여가만족의 관계를 규명하는데 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 교내경기 참가자 176명을 대상으로 설문지 조사를 하였으며, 구조방정식모형을 이용한 분석 결과는다음과 같다. 첫째, 여자대학생 교내경기 참여자의 참여동기는 몰입에 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 여자대학생 교내경기 참여자의 참여동기는 여가만족에 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 여자대학생 교내경기 참여자의 몰입은 여가만족에 영향을 미친다. 결론적으로 여자대학생들 교내경기에 참여는 여가선용 및 즐거움의 기회제공, 건강과 체력증진, 단체정신 및 인과관계 개선에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다.
