중국어교육 구성요소 학습과 발달 과정 연구

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 중등학교 중국어교육 관련 규정을 기반으로 중국어교육 구성요소를 추출하여 교과교육 수업을 설계 및 진행하고, 예비교사들이 교과교육 수업과 학교현장실습을 통해 그 구성요소를 어떻게 내재화하고 확장하는지 그 발달 양상을 확인하는데 있다. 9명의 예비교사를 대상으로 총 5회에 걸쳐 추적조사를 진행하였고, 예비교사 스스로 개념도를 작성하도록 했다. 조사결과, 예비교사는 동일하지 않은 상황에 처해있어 발달 과정 역시 일치하지 않았다. 1단계에서는 전공지식만 등장하였다. 2단계는 대부분의 예비교사가 중국어교육의 핵심요소를 폭넓게 인지하고 있어 1단계와 뚜렷한 차이를 보였다. 3단계에서는 다수의 예비교사가 자아성찰을 통해 이전보다 발전한 흔적이 확인되었다. 4단계는 수업 내용에 맞게 구성요소가 ‘교재분석’과 ‘지도법’으로 확대되었고, 교사와 학생의 관계도 고려하고 있었다. 그리고 학교현장실습과 연결되어 있음을 인지하고 있었다. 5단계에서는 학교현장실습을 경험한 이유로 개념도의 완성도는 높아졌다. 본 연구 결과가 최종적인 결과물이라고 생각하지는 않는다. 최종 결과물에 다가가기 위해서는 첫째, 상황에 맞게 관련 규정이 개정되어야 하고 그 역할이 모호한 ‘외국어교육 이론과 교수법’의 개념적 연결성도 논의가 필요하다. 둘째, 예비교사 스스로 중국어교육의 주체가 되어야 한다. 셋째, 예비교사교육자는 교직이론과 전공과목의 접점을 찾고 이를 수업에 단계별로 적용할 방법을 모색할 필요가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to check the internalization process of Chinese language education components of prospective teachers. A total of five follow-up surveys were conducted on nine prospective teachers. In the first stage, only knowledge of Chinese language appeared. The second stage showed a distinct difference from the first stage because most of the prospective teachers recognized the key elements of Chinese language education. In the third stage, a number of prospective teachers conducted self-reflection, confirming that they had developed more than before. In the fourth stage, the components were expanded to ‘textbook analysis’ and ‘teaching method’ to fit the contents of the class, and the relationship between teachers and students was also considered. In addition, they was recognized that it was connected to teaching practice. In the final stage, the degree of completeness of the conceptual diagram was raised due to the experience of teaching practice. The results of this study are not considered to be final results. In order to get a complete result, we should consider the following: First, the relevant regulations must be revised to suit the situation. Second, prospective teachers themselves should be a party to Chinese language education. Third, prospective teacher educators need to find a point of contact between teaching profession course and major subjects, and find ways to apply them step by step.
