공연예술 웹사이트의 웹 사용성 만족도가 공연 관람에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Abstract

인터넷 이용이 확대면서 공연예술을 관람하기 전에 웹사이트를 펴보는 관객이 늘고 있다. 따라서본 연구에서는 공연예술 웹사이트에 대한 실제 이용자들의 평가에 근거한 평가 모형을 만들고, 웹 사용성 요인이 웹 사용성 만족도에 영향을 미치는지와 웹 사용성 만족도가 공연예술 관람에 영향을 미치는지를 연구했다. 연구 결과 인터넷 사용 관객의 공연에술 웹사이트 이용은 공연예술 관람하는 계기에 큰 비중을 차지하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 콘텐츠, 네비게이션, 상호작용은 웹 사용성 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사됐다. 특히 3가지 요인은 상호작용 > 콘텐츠> 네비게이션 등의 순으로 웹 사용성 만족도에 영향을 주는 것으로 분석됐다. 웹 사용성 만족도는 공연예술 관람에 영향을 미치며, 웹 사용성 만족도가 높을수록 공영예술 관람에 미치는 영향이 커지는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 더 많은 관객을 유치하려면, 공연예술 웹사이트를 전략적으로 구축하고 운영하는 것이 필요하다.

This study investigated that satisfaction of website affects on viewing performance. The model of study, factors of using the website such as content, navigation, and interaction affects satisfaction of using the website, and that of using the website affects viewing of performing arts. It proved that the use of website on performing arts have a great effect on chances that people have interest on performing arts. Content, navigation, and interaction affects satisfaction of use of website. Satisfaction of using website affects viewing of art performance. It indicates that it is important not only to build strategic development of website, but also to maintain a variety of events, activation of participation, and quick feedback for interaction.
