Abstract
본 연구는 2020년까지 대학생을 대상으로 한 진로미결정 관련 모든 국내연구들을 메타분석하여 정리하였다. 더 나아가 진로미결정의 다양한 국내 측정도구를 조절변인으로 설정하여 조절변인 효과를 추가적으로 검증하였다. 본 연구에서는 총 67편의 논문과 299개의 효과크기가 분석되었으며, 표본의 크기는 총 27,977명이었다. 메타분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 우선 국내 학위연구 및 학술연구에서 대학생 진로미결정과 관련지어 다루어진 주 변인들에는 과민/취약성, 내현적자기애, 대학생활적응, 모애착, 부애착, 목표불안정, 부적응적 완벽주의, 사회부과적 완벽주의, 사회적지지, 소심/자신감부족, 애착불안, 역기능적 진로사고, 우울, 우유부단, 인정욕구/거대자기환상, 자기분화, 자아존중감, 자아탄력성, 직업탐색행동, 진로결정자기효능감, 착취/자기중심성, 취업스트레스 총 23개가 있었다. 그 중에서도 큰 효과크기를 나타낸 변인들에는 역기능적 진로사고, 목표불안정, 우유부단, 내현적자기애, 취업스트레스, 소심/자신감부족, 진로결정자기효능감, 과민/취약성인 것으로 나타났다. 더 나아가 진로미결정 척도에 따라 변인과 진로미결정과의 상관관계의 크기가 달라지는지를 확인한 결과, 상관계수 간의 유의한 차이가 나타난 변인과 그렇지 않은 변인들이 모두 나타났다. 그 중에서 내현적자기애, 목표불안정, 애착불안, 우유부단, 인정욕구/거대자기환상, 자아탄력성, 특성불안 변인들은 진로미결정 척도에 따라 상관계수가 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 끝으로 본 연구 결과에 기초하여 논의 및 제한점, 향후 연구 방향에 대하여 제언하였다.
As online community has spread rapidly with the development of internet and increased number of netizens, the rapid growth and development of online community is bringing many changes not only in sociocultural aspect but in purchasing behavior of consumers as well, and a large number of online communities are being established and operated today that makes meeting with new people. learning, opinion formation, as well as consumption through the purchase of products and services possible. Operation of numerous employment communities is being conducted spontaneously by job seekers around 3 domestic online portal sites based on the same concern of employment and career due to the increased unemployment rate with lengthy economic recession, and the number of job seekers who are sharing information, know-hows, and feeling online is increasing. Job seekers who are preparing for employment are showing very cautious attitude, and job seeking behavior using online employment community is being very useful for employment seekers in these modern times with the developed online media. Therefore, this study intends to provide strategic implications and basic data of the university and government-run employment support project for finding effective ways of raising job seeking efficacy of community members by providing helpful information on job seeking behavior by investigating factors that help career selection and decision of employment seekers by conducting a study on influencing factors on activities of job seekers through employment community. In order to achieve this objective, this study investigated main theoretical background and precedent studies on characteristics of employment community, employment community commitment, job seeking efficacy, and job seeking behavior, and according to the result of an empirical analysis on influencing relationship between each factor, it was identified that characteristics of employment community make significant effect on employment community commitment, job seeking efficacy, and job seeking behavior.
