음악치료사의 자아탄력성이 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향에서 역전이 관리능력의 매개효과 분석

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 음악치료사의 자아탄력성이 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향과 그 사이에서 역전이 관리능력의 매개효과를 알아보는 것이다. 사)한국음악치료학회와 사)전국음악치료사협회의 자격증을 소지한 음악치료사 97명을 대상으로 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 음악치료사의 성별, 연령, 임상경력에 따른 자아탄력성과 심리적 소진 수준에 차이가 있었으며, 연령, 학력, 임상경력과 근무형태에 따른 역전이 관리능력 수준에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 음악치료사의 심리적 소진은 자아탄력성, 역전이 관리능력과 모든 하위영역에서 유의한 부적 상관을, 자아탄력성과 역전이 관리능력은 부분적으로 유의한 정적 상관을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 음악치료사의 자아탄력성이 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향에서 역전이 관리능력의 매개효과를 알아보기 위해 분석한 결과, 역전이 관리능력과 하위요인인 내담자에 대한 객관적 이해, 자기통합, 불안관리가 부분 매개 효과를 보였다. 본 연구는 음악치료사의 자아탄력성이 심리적 소진에 직접적인 영향을 미치면서 또한 역전이 관리능력을 통해 간접적으로 영향을 미침을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 심리적 소진을 예방하고 대처할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하였다는 것에 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of the ego-resilience of music therapists on burnout and the mediated effects of countertransference management ability. The data were analyzed with 97 music therapists who have certificates of the Korean Music Therapy Association and The National Association of Korean Music Therapists. The results of the study are as follows. First, there were differences in the level of ego-resilience and burnout according to the sex, age, and career, and there was a significant difference in the level of countertransference management ability according to age, academic background, career and work type. Second, as a result of analyzing the relationship between the ego-resilience, countertransference management ability and burnout of music therapists, burnout showed significantly negative correlation with ego-resilience, countertransference management ability. And ego-resilience and countertransference management ability showed significant correlation. Third, according to the result of analyzing the mediated effect of countertransference management ability in the influence of the ego-resilience of music therapists on burnout, objective understanding, self-integration, and anxiety-management showed partial mediated effects. This study confirmed that the ego-resilience of music therapists has a direct effect on burnout, but also indirectly affects it through countertransference management ability. This study is meaningful in that it provided basic data to prevent and cope with burnout.
