dc.description.abstract이 연구의 목적은 직업훈련시장의 질적 제고를 위해 훈련교사의 입직 동기 및 취업준비활동을 구체적으로 파악하여 최적의 입직 경로를 수립할 수 있는 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 분석 자료는 직업능력개발훈련교사 자격을 취득하여 민간직업훈련기관 직업훈련에 참여하고 있는 훈련교사의 설문조사 자료이다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 훈련교사 입직 동기는 전공 및 경력을 지속하기 위한 것이 가장 많았고, 훈련교사에 대한 정보 수집은 직업훈련 참여를 통해 이루어진 경우가 많았다. 훈련교사가 되기 위해 관련 교육훈련에 참여하는 준비활동이 있었지만, 입직당시 훈련교사 자격 취득률은 절반이 채 되지 않았다. 주된 구직경로는 구인·구직 공고와 훈련기관 방문이었고, 구직활동에서 어려웠던 점은 수입과 보수에 대한 불만족과 정보 부족이었다. 직업능력개발훈련교사 자격 취득은 실제 업무에 도움이 되었다고 인식하였다. 훈련교사 선발에서 가장 중요하게 반영되어야 하는 능력은 강의전달능력이었다. 훈련교사 취업 준비는 연령, 최종학력, 지역에서 차이가 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 향후 훈련교사의 질적 제고를 위해 체계적인 입직 준비를 위한 방향을 제시하였다.-
dc.description.abstractIn order to improve the quality of the vocational training market, this study seeks to find a way to establish an optimal employment path by specifically grasping the employment motives and job preparation of training teachers. As the research analysis data, the response data of training teachers who participated in vocational training at private vocational training institutions by acquiring the vocational competency development training teacher qualification were used. he results of the study are as follows. The motivation for employment was to save majors and careers, and information on training teachers was collected through participation as existing vocational training trainees. Preparatory actions were taken to participate in education and training to become a training teacher, but less than half of them obtained training teacher qualifications. As for the job search for training teachers, there were many cases of job posting announcements and direct visits to training institutions, and the difficulty in finding a job was dissatisfaction with income and compensation and lack of information. They responded that obtaining the qualification as a vocational competency development teacher was helpful in the actual work, and in particular, lectures (professor-learning) were the most helpful. Based on the research results, a direction for systematic employment preparation was suggested in order to improve the quality of training teachers in the future.-
