제조기업 근로자의 원격훈련 참여에 관한 다층모형분석

Abstract

본 연구는 인적자본기업패널(HCCP) 데이터를 활용하여 제조기업 근로자의 비대면 학습 참여에 영 향을 미치는 요인은 무엇이고 그 영향력은 어떠한지, 제조기업 근로자의 원격훈련 참여 여부가 기업 의 성과에 영향 미치는지에 대해 분석하였다. 원격훈련은 조사된 패널자료의 원격훈련을 기준으로 살펴보았다. 분석자료는 인적자본기업패널의 7차년도(2017년) 자료의 개인 데이터와 기업 데이터를 활용하였으며, 원격훈련 참여 결정요인을 검증하기 위해 기업 근로자 5,222명과 기업 231개를 대상으 로 다층모형(multilevel model) 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 기업 근로자의 원격훈련 참여 여부에 영 향을 미치는 개인 요인 및 기업 요인을 분석한 결과, 1수준의 개인 수준 변수로는 성별, 최종학력, 직급이, 2수준의 기업 수준 변수의 경우 1인당 교육훈련비, 교육훈련시간 유급인정 유무, 교육훈련시 간 의무이수제도 유무가 원격훈련 참여 여부에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 원 격훈련 활성화 방안을 제시하였다

This article examines the factors that affect business in manufacturing industries emplyees’ participation in online learning and their influences, also emplyees’ participation in online learning affects corporate performance, using the Human Capital Corporate Panel(HCCP). online learning was examined based on e-learning of surveyed panel data. The analysis data used personal data and corporate data from the 7th year (2017) data of the HCCP. To verify the determinants of participation in online learning, We conducted a multilevel model for 5,222 employees and 231 corporations. The results are as follows. First level variables identified influential factors were gender, educational background, job position. Second level variables identified influential factors were education and training expenditure per person, whether education and training hours are paid or not, and whether education and training hours are mandatory. In conclusion, we suggested the implications for strengthening the participation for online learning of employees in the future
