부모 자녀 수면 상호작용 척도 타당화 연구

Abstract

이 연구의 목적은 영유아 수면 문제의 원인과 개입을 자세히 탐색하는 데 도움이 되는 기초 데이터를 제공하기 위해 PSIS의 타당성과 신뢰성을 검증하는 것이다. 239명의 어머니(남아 116명, 여아 123명)가 부모-자녀 수면 상호작용, 어머니 수면의 질, 어머니 양육 스트레스, 자녀의 문제행동을 측정하는 자기 보고식 설문지를 작성하여 자료가 수집되었다. 수집된 데이터는 M-plus 8.0과 SPSS 23.0을 통해 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관분석, 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 탐색적 요인분석 결과 최종적으로 8개 문항, 2개 요인 모형으로 확인되었다. 2가지 요인은 원척도에 따라 ‘수면 갈등', 수면 강화'로 명명되었다. 둘째, 확인적 요인분석 결과 모델의 적합도가 적합한 것으로 나타났고, 관련 변인들과의 상관관계를 통해 준거 타당도가 확인되었다. 이 연구는 수면시간과 같은 단편적인 관련 변수보다는 수면 상황에서 부모와 자녀 간의 상호작용을 평가하기 위한 간단하고 유효한 평가도구를 제안하여 영유아의 수면연구를 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 유용할 것으로 생각한다. 또한, 이 척도는 아이의 수면 상황에서 어떤 태도를 보이는 것이 적절한지 제시하는 부모교육 자료로도 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the validity and reliability of PSIS to provide basic data that helps to closely explore the causes and interventions of children’s sleep problems. A total of 239 mothers (116 males, 123 females) completed a self-report questionnaire, including measures parent-child sleep interaction, mother’s sleep quality, parental stress, and children’s problem behavior. For the collected data, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and reliability analysis were performed through M-plus 8.0 and SPSS 23.0. The results of this study are as follows. First, as a result of exploratory factor analysis, it is finally confirmed as an 8-item, 2-factor model. )’ and 2 factors were named ‘Sleep Reinforcement’. Second, as a result of confirmatory factor analysis, the fit of the model was found to be excellent, and the validity of certification and reference validity were confirmed. This study suggests a simple and effective evaluation tool for evaluating the interaction between parents and children in sleep situations, rather than fragmentary related variables such as sleep time, and I think it will be useful to provide basic data onto sleep research in infants and young children. In addition, it is expected that this scale can be used as a parent education material that suggests what kind of attitude is appropriate to take in a child’s sleeping situation.
