조직문화가 지식관리에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 중앙행정기관 공무원들의 인식을 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구는 중앙행정기관 공무원들을 대상으로 한 실증분석을 통해 지식관리 활동에 영향을 미치는 조직문화 요인들을 분석하고, 지식관리 활성화를 위한 조직문화 관리 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 의사소통 개방성, 학습지향성, 자율성, 신뢰 등을 포함하는 조직문화 차원과 지식관리 활동(지식창출, 축적, 공유, 활용)간의 영향관계에 관한 다중회귀분석 결과, 의사소통 개방성은 지식축적 및 지식공유 활동, 자율성은 지식축적 활동, 학습지향성은 지식축적, 공유, 활용 활동, 신뢰는 지식창출 활동에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 지식관리 활성화를 위한 조직문화 관리 방안을 제시하였다.

The purposes of this study are to analyze the organizational cultural factors influencing the activities of knowledge management and to examine the management strategies of organization culture to activate the knowledge management. The results of multiple regression analyses show that openness of communication significantly influences knowledge storing and sharing; autonomy significantly affects knowledge storing; learning orientation has significant influence on knowledge storing, sharing and utilizing; credibility has an significant effect on knowledge creation. Based on the results, this study suggests the effective management strategies of organizational culture and discusses their potential implications of activating the knowledge management.
