Abstract
Real estate business has a lot in its characters from social and economic aspects as well as the weight in domestic production. Real estate business, moreover, has chain effects relating to a variety of industries. Till now, however, real estate business do not try to satisfy the needs of various customers and they just focuses their efforts on the brokerage market and its customers. Now is the time to turn its trend from focus strategy to diversification strategy widening its market areas. That is why economic and marketing view is urgently need at this juncture in real estate business. Especially, just because a variety of specialists are related to real estate business, it has every reason to educate real estate personnels widening its fields of marketing law and economics. Comparatively speaking, real estate business is still smaller in operation size than other companies in the industry. Immobility of goods and services, real estate business is stick to the local business which narrowed down its scope and business opportunities. From now on, real estate business should consider a related field of research in an effort to specialize its business and develop real business market from local horizon to global horizon. Thus, marketing and strategic view is needed for educating real estate business personnels.
