국가인적자원개발관련 지식생산체계와 동향: 교육학 영역을 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 NHRD 지식생산체계와 지식생산동향을 분석하여 NHRD 연구개발 체제구축을 위한 시사점을 제공하기 위함이다. NHRD 지식생산체계는 NHRD 관련 학술적 연구물의 생산과 관련하여 국내외 교육학분야의 연구물 추이를 분석함으로써 살펴보았다. 국내 NHRD 관련 연구물 및 학자에 대한 분석 결과, 교육학 영역에서는 전체적으로 2000년 이후 지난 6년 간 78편의 학술논문과 3편의 학술저서 그리고 75편의 연구보고서 등 총 156편의 연구물이 제공되었으며, 주요 연구자들의 학문적 배경은 경제학과 교육학이 주류를 이루고 경제학 중에서도 노동경제학을 전공한 연구자들이 많이 분포되어 있었다. 국외 NHRD 관련 연구물 및 학자에 대한 분석 결과, 1999년 이전부터 2006년까지 학술논문이 53편, 학술저서와 연구보고서가 각각 5편, 2편 등 총 60편의 연구물들이 제공되었다. NHRD 관련 연구물의 연구자의 소속국가와 연구 대상 국가를 분석한 결과, 북미가 56편의 연구물로 가장 많은 수를 나타냈고, 그 다음이 유럽(27편), 아시아(22편)의 순으로 나타났다. 이상의 분석을 토대로 NHRD 관련 지식의 생산을 보다 활성화하기 위한 체계구축방안과 NHRD 관련 분야의 학자들에 의해서 제공되는 지식의 활용방안으로 ① NHRD 관련 국내 · 외 연구자 DB를 구축하여 활용, ② 연구자의 풀과 학자의 학문적 배경을 연계, ③ 개별 연구자의 NHRD 연구 지원, ④ NHRD에 대한 개념 정리를 위한 학관간 논의, ⑤ 국내의 HRD 관련 학회와의 파트너십을 구축 등을 제안하였다.

This study was to analyze knowledge creation systems and trends in the field of National Human Resource Development(NHRD) and to provide some implications for NHRD R&D areas. To do this, this study looked deeply at research outputs related to NHRD from the field of education in and out Korea. As a result, since 2000, 156 research outputs including 78 scholarly papers, 3 books, and 75 research documents have been published. Prominent researchers` academical majors are mainly economics, specifically labor economics, and education. In case of outside Korea, from 1999 to 2006, the total of 60 research outputs inclusive of 53 scholarly papers, 5 books, 2 research documents were produced. This study analyzed which countries are studied and which countries the researchers belong to. Consequently, the most research outputs are produced in North America(56 research outputs), followed by Europe(27 research outputs), and then Asia(22 research papers). Based on the results above, some implications can be discussed to build knowledge creation and application systems for researchers in the field of NHRD as follows: ①construction and application of database on NHRD researchers in and outside Korea ②consideration about researchers` scholarly background in the DB ③strong support for individual researchers who are keenly interested in NHRD ④ building up the definition of NHRD between the academies and the authorities ⑤building positive partnership between academic associations related to HRD and government agencies in Korea.
