- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 K-CBCL 6-18 조절곤란 프로파일 수준에 따른 심리장애의 분포와 증상 수준의 차이를 확인하는 것이다. 연구대상은 ‘2013-2020 아동복지시설 아동 치료ㆍ재활 지원 시범사업’에 참여하여 심리장애 진단을 받은 아동ㆍ청소년 959명이었다. 주요 연구결과로는 첫째, DP 집단은 Non-DP 집단보다 틱장애를 제외하고 ADHD, 기분장애, 불안장애 등 다양한 심리장애에 속하는 빈도가 유의하게 더 높았다. 둘째, DP 집단의 공존장애 개수는 Non-DP 집단보다 유의하게 더 많았다. 셋째, DP 집단은 Non-DP 집단보다 공격성, 충동성, 우울 증상, 불안 척도 점수가 유의하게 더 높았다. 한편 전체 집단 중 아동 DP 집단은 Non-DP 집단보다 ADHD 척도 점수가 유의하게 더 높은 것으로 나타났으나, 청소년 집단의 ADHD 척도 점수는 DP 집단과 Non-DP 집단 간 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 CBCL 조절곤란 프로파일 수준이 높은 아동ㆍ청소년의 경우, 더 심각하고 다양한 심리장애를 경험하고 있다는 것을 시사한다.
