- Abstract
- 본 연구는 상담자의 불안정 성인애착, 역전이 관리능력, 작업동맹 간의 관계에서 포커싱적 태도의조절된 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구대상은 전국의 청소년 및 성인 대상 상담자 308명이었으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0과 SPSS PROCESS Macro를 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 불안정성인애착과 작업동맹의 관계에서 역전이 관리능력의 유의한 부분매개효과가 검증되었다. 둘째, 상담자의 불안정 성인애착과 역전이 관리능력의 관계에서 포커싱적 태도의 조절효과가 나타났다. 셋째,상담자의 불안정 성인애착이 역전이 관리능력을 통하여 작업동맹에 이르는 경로에서 포커싱적 태도의 조절된 매개효과가 나타났다. 본 연구는 작업동맹의 질을 예측하는 상담자의 개인적, 전문적 특성 요인을 확인하고자 하였으며, 본 연구의 제한점 및 후속연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.
