- Abstract
- 본 연구는 작업동맹의 차이를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 상담자가 인지하는 외현적 자기애와 포커싱적 태도, 내현적 자기애와 포커싱적 태도에 따른 군집을 분류하여 각 군집 유형에 따라 결과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 상담자 295명의 자료를 수집한 후 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 연구 변인 간에 유의한 상관이 있음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 상담자의 외현적 자기애와 포커싱적 태도에 따른 군집을 분석한 결과 4개의 군집을 확인하여 분류하였다. 셋째, 상담자의 내현적 자기애와 포커싱적 태도에 따른 군집을 분석한 결과 4개의 군집을 확인하여 분류하였다. 넷째, 자료 분석은 외현적 자기애와 포커싱적 태도로 분류한 군집의 작업동맹의 차이를 검증하였다. 다섯째, 자료 분석은 내현적 자기애와 포커싱적 태도로 분류한 군집의 작업동맹 의 차이를 검증하였다. 이처럼 본 연구는 상담자의 성격 특성 변인인 외현적 자기애, 내현적 자기애와 전문적 특성 변인인 포커싱적 태도의 조합이 작업동맹에 미치는 영향을 심층적으로 탐색하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
