국내 개인상담 수퍼비전 성과 연구 동향 분석

Abstract

본 연구는 2008년부터 2023년 7월까지의 국내 수퍼비전 성과 연구를 검토함으로써 국내 수퍼비전 성과 연구의 동향과 수퍼비전 실제에 시사점 및 제언점을 얻는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 국내 학술검색 시스템(RISS, KCI)을 통해 총 111편의 개인 수퍼비전 연구를 추출하였고, 평정절차를 통해 수퍼비전 성과 관련 논문 총 22편을 최종 선정하였다. 분석결과, 수퍼비전 성과 연구는 2008년 이후로 지속적으로 연구되고 있으며, 대부분의 연구(12편, 78.9%)가 수퍼바이지 대상으로 이루어졌다. 연구주제로는 수퍼비전 과정과 성과를 모두 다룬연구가 12편(54.5%)로 나타났으며, 수퍼비전 성과 측정도구로 가장 사용 빈도가 높은 것은 수퍼비전 만족도 질문지(SSQ)가 13회(40.6%)로 확인되었다. 수퍼비전 성과 측정도구의 측정 영역으로는 수퍼바이지의 태도⋅믿음⋅기술이 수퍼비전에서 습득된 것인지 확인하는 수준이81%로 가장 많았다. 다음으로 수퍼비전 성과 측정도구 개발연구(5편) 및 질적 연구(5편)를 분석하여 제시하였으며 그 결과를 바탕으로 시사점 및 제한점을 제시하였다.

This study aims to examine the trends in domestic supervision performance research from 2008 to July 2023. Utilizing the Korean academic search systems (RISS, KCI), 111 papers were extracted. And through a rigorous analysis process, 22 papers were selected. The analysis reveals a continuous growth in supervision performance research since 2008, with a majority (78.9%) focusing on supervisees. Notably, 54.5% of studies covered both supervision processes and outcomes. The Supervision Satisfaction Questionnaire (SSQ) was the most used tool (40.6%). The study suggests insights and limitations based on the analysis of outcome measurement tools, including developmental and qualitative research.
