| dc.description.abstract | 본 논문은 미국 여성소유기업에 대한 컨설팅프로그램 만족도의 차이와 기업성과에 대한 차이를 분석하였다. 자료는 미국 NFWBO(National Foundation for Woman Business Owners)회원 155명을 대상으로 하였으며 그룹간의 비교를 위하여 3개의 집단으로 분류하였다. 즉, 정부의 지원에 의하여 제공된 컨설팅을 경험한 집단(sponsored consulting program), 정부의 지원이 없는 컨설팅을 경험한 집단(non-sponsored consulting program), 그리고 2가지를 모두 경험한 집단으로 구분하였다. 분석결과, 3개의 집단간에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 컨설팅프로그램의 유형 중에서 생산/운영시스템 영역에서, 정부의 지원에 의한 컨설팅을 조금이라도 받은 응답자에 비하여 지원을 받지 않은 컨설팅의 결과 응답자의 만족도가 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 성과측면에서 수익성변수는 정부의 지원이 없는 컨설팅을 경험한 집단과 2가지를 모두 경험한 집단이 정부지원에 의하여 컨설팅을 경험한 집단보다 더 높은 성과를 보였다. 본 연구결과는 여성소유중소기업에 대한 컨설팅프로그램 만족의 정도와 이들 프로그램이 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. | - |
