자아탄력성과 스트레스대처방식 및 심리적 성장환경의 관계

dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 인간의 적응력에 관련된 개인의 성격적 구성요인으로서의 자아탄력성은 스트레스 상황에서 개인이 보여주는 대처방식과 어떤 관련이 있는지를 알아보고, 둘째, 개인의 자아탄력성은 이들이 심리적 성장환경의 여러 구성요인들과 어떤 관련이 있는지를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 서울에 소재한 S여자대학교 재학생 총 418명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며, 각 연구문제에 따라 Pearson`s `r`과 t-검정을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자아탄력집단은 비탄력집단보다 적극적 대처방식인 문제중심대처, 사회적 지지추구대처에서는 유의하게 높았으며 소극적 대처방식 중 정서중심대처(소극적 대처)에서는 유의하게 낮은 점수를 나타내었고 소망적 사고대처에서는 두 집단간에 차이가 없었다. 둘째, 가정의 심리적 성장환경의 하위요인들 중 자유, 의사소통, 상호친밀, 변화지향, 집단응집, 사랑, 존경, 그리고 수용은 자아탄력집단이, 전통고수, 성취강조, 그리고 물질지향은 비탄력집단이 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과들은 개인의 자아탄력성은 스트레스상황에서 적응적인 성격자원으로서의 기능을 한다는 것을 의미하며, 또한 건강하고 적응력 있는 자녀양육을 위해 가정의 심리적 환경이 어떻게 조성되어야 하는 지에 대한 중요한 시사점을 제공하는 것으로 보인다. | - |
