상담회기 수행에 관한 상담자 자기성찰 연구: 축어록 전사 경험을 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구는 상담자들이 축어록을 전사하는 동안 자신의 상담회기 수행을 돌아보는 성찰 경험을 구체적으로 살펴보기 위해 실시되었다. 이를 위해 한국상담심리학회 또는 한국상담학회의 2급 자격취득 이후 1급 자격을 준비 중인 9명의 상담자를 대상으로 심층인터뷰를 실시하였으며, 이를 근거이론 방법으로 분석하였다. 자료 분석 결과 99개의 개념과 33개의 하위범주, 13개의 범주가 도출되었다. 중심현상은 ‘어렵지만 성장을 위해 자기와 마주함 ’으로 나타났다. 인과조건은 ‘’문제적 상황에 맞닥뜨림’으로 분석되었으며, 맥락조건은 ‘돌아볼 틈 없이 쫓기고 있음’, ‘성장에 따른 상담역량 증가’, ‘내담자 영향을 인식함’으로 나타났다. 중재조건으로 ‘수퍼바이저와의 상호작용으로 성장’, ‘동료와의 상호작용으로 성장’이 확인되었다. 중심현상에 대처하는 작용/상호작용은 ‘나를 내려놓고 재연드라마에 집중함’, ‘여러 관점으로 상담을 재조명함’, ‘’문제 규명과 해결방안 찾기 시도‘, ’전문가의 지혜에 도움을 구함‘으로 나타났다. 결과는 ‘상담수행의 질 향상됨’, ‘성장과 발달’로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 상담수행과 관련된 상담자 성찰 경험을 논의하였고. 상담자 성찰연구에서 본 연구가 갖는 의의 및 제한점과 후속연구 관련 제언을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate what counselors experienced during the reflection process of their counseling sessions as transcribing verbatim records. To do this, we conducted in-depth interviews with 9 counselors. and data were analyzed based on the grounded theory method. As a results, 96 concepts, 33 subcategories, and 13 categories were derived and the central phenomenon was ‘difficult but facing myself for growth’. Causal condition was 'a facing problematic counseling situation’. Contextual conditions were found to be ‘too busy to have no time to look back', 'increasing counseling capacities in the process of growth ', and 'recognizing client's influence'. Next, interaction with colleagues and a supervisor was confirmed by intervention condition. Actions / interactions to cope with central phenomena are 'putting me down and focusing on replay drama', 'reviewing counseling from multiple perspectives', 'attempting to identify problems and finding solutions', and ‘asking for expert help or wisdom.’ The consequences revealed 'improvement in consultation performance' and 'growth and development'. Finally, implications of the results and suggestions for future studies were also discussed based on the results.
