상담자, 내담자의 작업동맹과 실제관계가상담회기평가에 미치는 영향: 자기효과와 상대방효과 분석

Abstract

본 연구는 상담자와 내담자의 작업동맹과 실제관계가 상담회기평가에 미치는 영향에 대해 상담자와 내담자간의 상호작용을 규명하기 위해 자기-상대방 상호의존 모형으로 자료를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 3회기 이상의 상담 진행 중인 상담자-내담자 122쌍을 대상으로, 상담 회기가 끝난 후에 작업동맹, 실제관계, 상담회기평가를 측정하였다. 분석방법은 다층모형을 사용하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 작업동맹이 상담회기평가에 미치는 자기효과와 상대방효과가 모두 유의한 것으로 나타났으며, 회기 깊이에 대해서 상담자와 내담자에 따른 차이가 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 실제관계가 상담회기평가, 회기 깊이, 회기 순조로움에 미치는 자기효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났으며, 상대방효과는 순조로움에서만 유의한 결과가 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 상담에 대한 시사점과 제한점에 관해 논의하였다.

This study used the Actor-Partner Interdependence Model to examine the interaction of client-counselor and the effects of counselor-client working alliance and real relationship on counseling session evaluation. To do this, working alliance, real relationship, and session quality were measured for 122 pairs of counselors and clients 3 counseling sessions or more in progress. The multi-level linear model(MLM) analysis was utilized. The results were as follows: First, both the actor and partner effects of the working alliance on counseling session evaluation were significant. And regarding the depth of the session evaluation, the difference between the counselors and the clients was revealed. Second, actor effects of real relationship on session evaluation, session depth, and session smoothness were significant. The partner effects of real relationship were significant only on session smoothness. Based on the results, the limitations of this study and implications for counseling were discussed.
