청소년의 대인관계 스트레스와 우울증상 및 공격행동의 관계에서 반추 및 분노 반추의 다중매개효과

Abstract

본 연구는 청소년의 대인관계 스트레스가 반추와 분노반추를 매개로 우울증상 및 공격행동에 미치는 영향을 다중매개분석을 통해 검증하였다. 이를 위해 서울 및 경기 지역에 소재한 중학교 3곳에 재학 중인 중학생 1, 2, 3학년 203명을 대상으로 대인관계 스트레스 척도, 청소년 행동평가척도 자기보고용(YSR), 우울척도(CDI), 반추 척도(RRS), 분노반추 척도(ARS)를 사용하여 연구를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0과 PROCESS macro를 사용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 검증한 연구결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 청소년의 대인관계 스트레스가 반추와 분노반추를 통해 우울증상에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 가족, 동성 및 이성친구 스트레스는 반추를 통해 우울증상을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년의 대인관계 스트레스가 반추와 분노반추를 통해 공격행동에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 가족 스트레스는 반추를 통해 공격행동에 영향을 미치며, 동성 및 이성친구 스트레스는 반추와 분노반추를 통해 공격행동의 수준을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 청소년의 대인관계 스트레스 유형이 우울증상 및 공격행동에 미치는 영향의 매커니즘을 이해할 때 반추 및 분노반추의 차별적 영향 및 통합적 개입을 고려하는 것의 중요성을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the multiple mediating effects of rumination and anger rumination on the relationship between adolescents’ interpersonal stress, depressive symptoms, and aggressive behaviors. The subjects of this study were 203 middle school students lived in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. Participants completed interpersonal stress scale, Youth Self–Report(YSR), Children’s Depression Inventory(CDI), Ruminative Response Scale(RRS), Anger Rumination Scale(ARS). Collected data were analyzed by SPSS 23.0 and Procss Macro. The results were as follows: First, rumination mediated the relationship between the family/peer/girlfriend·boyfriend relationship stress and depressive symptoms. Second, rumination mediated the relationship between the adolescents’ family relationship stress and aggressive behaviors. Both rumination and anger rumination respectively mediated the relationship between peer/girlfriend·boyfriend relationship stress and aggressive behaviors. These results highlights the important role of rumination and anger rumination to understanding of adolescents’ depressive symptoms and aggressive behaviors caused by interpersonal stress.
