유아의 문제행동이 발생하는데 영향을 미치는 요인 검증: 비연속시간 사건사 분석

Abstract

본 연구는 유아의 문제행동이 처음 발생하는 시점에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 한국아동패널조사의 종단자료를 적용하여 비연속시간 사건사 분석을 실시하였다. 변인으로 유아의 자아존중감, 사회적 기술, 성별, 부모-자녀 상호작용 및 교사-유아 상호작용을 적용하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문제행동이 처음 발생할 위험확률은 만 4세가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 만 5세에 다소 감소하나 만 6세에 소폭 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아의 문제행동이 처음 발생하는데 영향을 미치는 요인은 유아의 자아존중감, 사회적 기술, 그리고 성별로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과에 따른 논의점 및 추후 연구에 대하여 논의하였다.

The purpose of this paper was to investigate the onset of child's problem behavior and the effects of several factors at the time. Discrete-time survival analysis was applied and the Panel Study on Korean Children(PSKC) was used. The variables were child's self-esteem, social abilities, gender, relationship with parents and teachers. The results were as follows. First, the likelihood of onset of child's problem behaviors was increasing in 4 years old, and then slightly decreasing in 5 years old but increasing again in 6 years old. Second, child's self-esteem, social abilities and gender were significant determinants of the onset of child's problem behaviors. Based on the results, we discussed the implication of this study and the suggestion of follow-up studies.
