- Abstract
- The purpose of the study was to suggest improvements of braille and reverse translation programs from text to braille and from braille to text. Four braille translation programs were analyzed. Each of them had different features for people with visual disabilities and people who support them. Some problems and difficulties to use the programs were specified through an interview with two braille translators who reviewed the four programs independently. The improvements needed for an integrated braille translation program were suggested at the end.
