- Abstract
- The purpose of this study was to analyze and identify the differences in mood status and psychological happiness according to the exercise participation of the airline’s cabin crew(exercise experience, exercise participation frequency in 1 week, exercise participation time per day). In order to achieve the objective of this study, POMS: profiles of Mood states and psychological happiness quesiotnnaire were used targeting 276 domestic K airline cabin crew. Results of using t-test and One - way ANOVA analysis in order to analyze the differences of mood status and psychological happiness and to analyze the differences of mood status and psychological happiness according to the degree of exercise participation are as follows.
First, in the result of analyzing the differences in mood state according to the individual characteristics, male crew showed higher average score of vitality then the female cerw and showed significant difference in anx-i ety, depression, anger, fatigue, and confusion. Second, as ther esult of analyzing the difference between the psychological happiness according to individual characteristics, female crew showed significant difference in happiness and a sense of immersion factor than the male crew. Third, as the result of analyzing the difference of group mood status according to exercise participation, statistically, significant influenced showed in all mood (anxiety, depression, anger, vigor, fatigue and confusion) status depending on the exercise experience. Fourth, according to the result of analyzing differences in collectivep sychological happiness according to exercise participation, in the exercise participation experience, exercsie participation frequency and exercise participation time, groups of less than 6 month, 6 months - 3 year and more than 3 years were confirmed to have significant difference from exercise non-participant group.
