Abstract
The purpose of this study is to review the introduction and changes of the project for the support of a school dance arts instructor, and to sug gest ways to improve the school dance arts lecture support project in the transition period. In addition to related academic materials, there are policy research reports, business presentation materials, business result reports, workshop materials, and forum materials that were used in or der to grasp the concrete aspects of the school culture art education policy. The results of this study are as follows: First, in terms of admin istrative and financial aspects, it appeared that there was a budget short age in the school arts instructor support project and an unstable working environment system for the art instructor. Accordingly, it was suggested to avoid short-term event-oriented business and secure a stable time for the art instructor and to arrange them consistently. Second, it is sug gested to use the cooperation method of ensuring independent space and operating a dance education program suitable for the curriculum in terms of educational environment and facilities. Third, in terms of support for the activities of the school dance arts instructor, ways to improve treat ment, promote morale, and develop various dance education programs are suggested. Fourth, in terms of manpower training and retraining, the study proposes a method to establish a dance philosophy of a the preced ing dance arts instructor, to expand the training period of a new in structor, to secure the expertise of the existing art instructor, and to strengthen capacity.
