Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the correlation between muscle strength, body composition and fatigue of female college students and to determine the degree of relationship with relationship factors. The average power, peak power, muscle mass, body fat, percent body fat, body fat rate, body count, and fatigue of 274 female college students was analyzed. Average power, peak power, and fatigue were measured through the Wingate test, and muscle mass, body fat, percent body fat, body fat, and body water were measured by the bioelectrical resistance analysis method. The measured data were conducted for Pearson correlation and multivalued analysis through the SPSS 20.0 program and the significant level was set to 0.05. As a result of the analysis, there was a significant correlation between average power and muscle mass, amount of fat, body count and fatigue, and the regression coefficient of local and peak power over average power was determined. The resulting explanation was 19 percent.
