Abstract
The purpose of this research is to observe the current perceptions of multicultural understanding education instructors; people that work the most closely with multicultural citizens, and to seek ways of improving their job performance. A series of online surveys and Focus Group Interviews have been implemented for this purpose. As a result, it has been discovered that the most anticipated education theme was multicultural content, followed by instructor capacity and leadership quality. In addition, ordinary teenagers and citizens have been found to show the most interest for education courses, with education content having the highest rate of satisfaction among institutional services. The Focus Group Interviews provided three categories for analysis; general life as a multicultural understanding education instructor, issues confronted at the education site, and directions for empowerment. This research is expected to contribute to a more comprehensive and flexible training system for multicultural service professionals, enabling active management of issues a multicutural society in the future.
