네트워크 분석을 통한 국내 자격연구의 동향과 과제

Abstract

본 연구는 네트워크 분석을 통해 국내 자격연구의 동향을 파악하고, 향후 과제를 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2003년~2017년까지 “자격” 용어를 제목으로 사용한 국내 학술지 590편의 저자키워드 1,931개를 분석하였다. 분석을 위해 NetMiner를 사용하였으며, 상위 키워드 빈도분석, 중심성 분석, 커뮤니티 분석, 시각화 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내 자격연구는 교육훈련분야와 특정 직업을 중심으로 이루어지고 있었다. 둘째, 국내 자격연구는 제도․정책, 자격유형, 자격시험, 교육훈련, 자격의 효과 등 자격일반에서부터 효과검증까지 다양한 목적으로 이루어지고 있었다. 셋째, 자격키워드의 커뮤니티 분석결과, 자격을 통한 전문성 강화, 자격유형과 제도개선, 자격을 통한 직업인중, 자격연수와 자격효과, 자격시험과 교육훈련 등이 자격연구의 하위주제로 연구되고 있었다. 마지막으로 정부별 자격연구의 키워드를 확인결과, 자격제도, 국가기술자격, 민간자격, 국가자격, 자격증, 자격기준 등의 연구가 지속적으로 이어졌으며, 각 정부의 정책관련 연구가 추가적으로 이루어지며 발전해 왔다. 이러한 결과를 기준으로 미래 산업과 직업 변화에 적극적으로 대응하기 위한 자격제도의 전략과 준비가 필요하다는 점을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the trends and issues of research on qualifications by using keyword network analysis methodology, and to provide implications for future qualifications researches in the fourth industrial revolution era. 590 research papers published in academic journals in Korea from 2003 to 2017 were mainly selected, and the 1931 keywords of the research were collected. The results of the study were as follows. First, qualification researches were carried out in the vocational education and training as well as specific occupations field. Second, qualification researches had to do with system and policy, qualification type, qualification examination, education and training, effects of qualifications, and etc. Third, the main issues of the researches were the qualifications system, emphasizing the linkage between labor market, job, and training. Finally, The key themes were qualifications systems, national technical qualifications, civil qualifications, national qualifications, qualifications, and qualification standards regardless of time, while policies have been reflected in the study by period.
