Q 방법론을 활용한 대학생의 직업가치에 관한 인식유형연구

Abstract

본 연구는 대학생의 직업가치에 관한 인식유형을 탐색하고자, 연구자가 출강하는 충남의 K 사립대 대학생 3학년 총 32명을 P표본으로 선정하였다. 2017년 9월 27일 부터 10월 11일까지 총 2주간에 걸쳐 Q소팅을 실시하였고, PC QUANL 프로그램을 이용하여 분석한 결과 네 가지 유형으로 분류되었다. 제1유형은 ‘안정적 직업가치 추구형’으로서 안정적인 직업생활을 선호하였고, 제2유형은 ‘창의적 직업가치 추구형’으로 새로운 일을 추구하며 창의적인 아이디어를 낼 수 있는 직업가치를 지니고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 제3유형은 ‘사회적 직업가치 추구형’으로서 사회적으로 보람되고 봉사를 하며 감동을 주는 가치를 지니고 있었고, 제4유형은 ‘관계지향적 직업가치 추구형’으로 직업선택에 있어 함께 일하는 동료들과의 관계를 중요하게 여기는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 하여 대학생의 직업가치에 관한 주관적인 인식유형에 따른 직업상담 및 취업지도에 실제적인 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the types of perception of work value of university students. A total of 32 students in the field of private university were selected as P samples and Q sorting was conducted. The analysis using PC QUANL program was classified into four types. The first type favored a stable career life as a 'stable career value pursuit type' and the second type had 'creative career value pursuit type'. The third type is 'societal job value pursuit type', the fourth type is 'relation - oriented job value pursuit type'. As a result of this study, we could know subjective perception and preference of each individual, and we hope to provide basic data of career counseling which can provide practical information for university.
