- Abstract
- 본 연구는 스포츠 지도자들의 지도자동기를 측정할 수 있는 측정도구를 개발하고 신뢰성과 타당성을 검증하여 스포츠 지도자동기 질문지를 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 선행문헌 및 김미선, 허정훈(2012) 등의 스포츠 지도자의 코칭지속 동기 요인을 탐색한 원자료를토대로 초기 76문항으로 1차 예비판이 제작되었다. 내용타당도와 안면타당도를 거쳐 57문항으로 축소하고, 탐색적 요인들에 대한 확인적 요인분석 결과 총 6개(외적조절, 내사조절, 동일시조절, 통합조절, 내적동기, 무동기)요인 39문항 5점 척도의 스포츠 지도자동기검사지가 제작되었다. 마지막으로 추후 다양한 계층이 공통으로 사용할 수 있는 검사지 임을 확인하기 위해 후속 연구의 필요성에 대하여 언급하였다
