- Abstract
- The purpose of this study was to examine the use of aromatherapy among female adults from 20 to 40 and their satisfaction level in an effort to provide accurate information on women's health maintenance. And it's also meant to analyze the influence of their awareness of aromatherapy on use of it and purchasing behavior in a bid to make a contribution to product planning and marketing strategy setting for aroma business.
The subjects in this study were 384 female residents who were selected from the city of Busan. The selected women were in their 20s through 40s. A survey was conducted to gather data, and the collected data were analyzed by SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Science) WIN 18.0. To grasp the general characteristics of the women, frequency analysis was made, and statistical data on percentage were obtained.
Besides, t-test, one-way ANOVA, x2(Chi-square) test and frequency analysis were carried out to find out awareness and usage of aromatherapy, satisfaction level and purchasing behavior of aroma oil.
