Abstract
This study is an attempt to develop Online Preschool Children Learning Website Evaluation Tool. For these purposes, a number of literatures were reviewed and used, focus interview, 2 rounds of delphi method process and statistical analysis. In first round, 21 field experts participated and answered the Online Preschool Children Learning Website Evaluation Tool prototype by open-ended question. In round 2, 74 experts(29 professors, 21 institute researchers, 24 field experts) dealt with the Online Preschool Children Learning Website Evaluation Tool which has corrected and strengthened the prototype with a checking scale of 1-6. As a result, a type of preschool children learning evaluation tool was constructed with 3 categories: the category of content, of teaching & learning strategy, of interface and of 10 subcategories, 97 evaluation items. As a result of this study, Online Preschool Children Learning website evaluation Tool provide direction of Online Preschool Children Learning website design for website designer and also give standard to evaluate preschool children learning website and to select good website for kindergarten teacher.
