여성 미용성형 의료관광서비스 경험자의 만족 불만족에 관한 연구 : 방한 중국인 의료관광객 대상으로

Abstract

Especially in Korea, medical tourism, specially cosmetic surgery tour is the mainstream mode of inbound travel. Nevertheless, some studies have been done to discover the medical tourism choice factors and satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to fulfill this needs and to offer the basic data for foundation of cosmetic surgery patients satisfaction and dissatisfaction. This study conducted exploratory research to identify the cosmetic surgery tourist satisfaction and dissatisfaction of medical tourism. Sample data collected from the patients's opinion using medical tourism agency service. We used CIT(Critical Incident Technique) to analysis the features of cosmetic surgery tourism. After the data collection, categorization exercise was conducted 7 categories. We discuss about the implication of cosmetic tourism service for entire of cosmetic plastic surgery hospital for travel agency and employe as hospital doctor, nurse, tour conductor.
