- Abstract
- 본 연구에서는 고려엉겅퀴를 곤드레 나물로 유통되는 건조나물과 전초를 지상부, 지하부로 나누어 총 3개의 시료로 준비하고 70%에탄올로 추출하여 HPLC pattern을 비교하였으며, DPPH를 이용한 항산화능을 측정하였다. 또한 cell실험을 통한 멜라닌 생성 세포의 사멸효과를 비교분석하였다. Tyrosinase 억제능과 B16F10 멜라닌 생성 세포의 사멸효과, MTT시험법을 이용한 세포의 독성을 측정하였다. 그 결과 건조나물과 지상부에서 우수한 항산화능을 확인 할 수 있었고, Tyrosinase 저해 활성은 미약하였으나 B16F10 멜라닌 생성 세포의 사멸효과는 지상부에서 가장 우수하였다. 따라서 고려엉겅퀴 지상부는 항산화 및 미백효과 면에서 기능성 화장품 천연성분으로의 사용이 우수할 것으로 사료된다.
