서울특별시 관광산업 경쟁력 평가에 관한 연구 - 여행업종사자들의 의견을 중심으로 -

Abstract

On the purpose of inquiring specialized opinions regarding competitiveness of Seoul`s tourism industry, this research contains the survey that was given to the experts in the field of tourist industry and tourism studies. The following results were deduced. First, there has not been an apparent interconnection among the amount of experts working period, experts groups and recognition on attractiveness of tourist industry in Seoul. Besides, the result has shown that Seoul has lack of appealing points as a tourist industrial city. Second, the survey demonstrates that experts`s perception about potentiality of Seoul`s tourist industry doesn`t relate to their working period and groups. Furthermore, it shows that experts analysis that Seoul has potential sufficiently to be developed as tourist industrial city. Third, it outwardly shows that the estimation of competitiveness of Seoul`s tourist industrial recognition has a in-depth relationship with each one of valuation item lists. Whereas Tourism resources valued as th wae most competitiveness containing item, tourism legislative system has been recognized as the lowest competitive item.
