- Abstract
- The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of anxiety(State anxiety, Trait anxiety) and career decision-making self-efficacy on career decision level. To this end, data was collected using instruments to measure anxiety, career decision-making self-efficacy, career decision level of 398 female undergraduate college students in Korea. The results of this study are as follows : First, the career decision levels have meaningful relation with the factors of their majors and school years. Second, trait anxiety of the female students proved to have a significant influence on their career decision. Third, the career decision-making self-efficacy of the female students proved to have a significant influence on their career decision. Fourth, as a result of investigating the influence of anxiety factors and the career decision-making self-efficacy factors on the career decision level, the goal selection had a high effect with the planning. Fifth, as a result of investigating the influence of anxiety factors and the career decision-making self-efficacy factors on the high level of career decision, was the goal selection factor. and the influence of anxiety factors and the career decision-making self-efficacy factors on the low level of career decision, was the goal selection factor had a high effect with the trait anxiety.
