중학생이 지각한 부모의 심리적 통제와 공격성의 관계에서 외적 통제소재와 자기효능감의 순차적 매개효과

Abstract

본 연구는 중학생이 지각한 부모의 심리적 통제와 공격성의 관계에서 외적 통제소재와 자기효능감의 순차적 매개효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 서울, 경기 및 인천 지역에 소재한 중학교 1․2․3학년에 재학 중인 603명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0과 AMOS 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였으며, 구조방정식 모형을 통해 모형의 적합도 및 변인들의 영향을 검증하였다. 또한 phantom변인을 이용한 bootstrapping을 실시하여 매개효과의 유의성을 확인하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중학생이 지각한 부모의 심리적 통제와 공격성 간의 관계에서 외적 통제소재와 자기효능감의 개별 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 외적 통제소재와 자기효능감의 부분 매개효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중학생이 지각한 부모의 심리적 통제와 공격성 간의 관계에서 외적 통제소재와 자기효능감이 순차적으로 매개하였다. 이 연구결과를 통해 중학생의 공격성 예방을 위해 부모의 심리적 통제와 외적 통제소재를 감소시키고 자기효능감을 향상시키는 것이 중요한 요소임을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study was to verify the sequential mediating effects of external locus of control and self-efficacy in the relationship between perceived parental psychological control and middle school students’ aggression. Study participants were 603 middle school students in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do and Incheon. The collected data were analyzed by means of structural equation modelling using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0. Also, bootstrapping was used to verify the significance of a mediating effect and the results of this study were as follows. The results of this study were as follows. Firstly, external locus of control and self-efficacy showed the partial mediating effects in the relation between parental psychological control and aggression. Secondly, external locus of control and self-efficacy were mediated sequentially in the relation between parental psychological control and aggression. As a result, this study showed a significant impact on external locus of control and parental psychological control was revealed as an important variable increasing middle school students’ aggression. In contrast, self-efficacy was revealed as an important variable decreasing middle school students’ aggression.
