| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 자기성찰이 의미추구 및 의미발견에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 자기성찰과 주관적 안녕감 및 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 의미추구 및 의미발견의 매개효과, 그리고 의미추구와 의미발견의 이중매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울·경기권, 충청권, 경상권, 강원권소재 대학교 남녀 대학생 399명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 373명의 유효 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 자기성찰과 주관적 및 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 의미추구의 매개효과는 유의하지 않았으나 의미발견의 매개효과가 유의미하였고, 의미추구를 통해 의미발견에 이르는 경로에 의한 이중매개효과가 유의미하게 나타났다. 둘째, 자기성찰은 의미추구와 의미발견에 정적 영향을 미치며 의미발견보다는 의미추구에 더 큰 영향을 보였다. 또한 자기성찰은 주관적 안녕감과 심리적 안녕감에도 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 자기성찰이 의미발견에 미치는 영향보다 의미추구에 미치는 영향이 더 높게 나타난 것은 실제 상담 장면에서 상담자가 자기성찰방법을 활용하여 내담자의 의미추구를 도울 수 있는 촉진적 역할 수행이 가능하고 중요함을 알 수 있다. | - |
