초록

The world is in the competition between major cities. The field of culture and art is an important element in the competition of the city. Seoul should proceed with cultural and artistic city to develop to be a center of Northeast Asia. Seoul needs the establishment of cultural facilities in order to become cultural city. In particular, Performing Arts Facilities Construction is very necessary. A study on the need for the establishment in this paper is classical music concert hall. Compared to a cosmopolitan city, Seoul is in the number of very scarce for the Classic Concert Hall. The ability of the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra plays global level. There are limits to develop, because it is no dedicated concert hall. And classical concerts have been increasing interest of Seoul residents. But there are no classical concert hall to hear good performance. Chinese tourists could be the key audiences of the classical concert. In this paper, although the local population of the performance culture is increasing, there is no classical music concert hall to play. So, this is the main reason why the areas do not develop. I searched about the need for establishment of the concert hall.
