The Fintech industry is growing rapidly with the development of the ubiquitous era in which people can receive information and services they want whenever and wherever by connecting to the internet. One of the most developing sector in the Fintech industry is Easy Payment service. Now, mobile easy payment service is leaping from simple payment solving service to comprehensive financial platform. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of perceived usefulness and social influence on customer satisfaction of mobile easy payment services in Korea. For analysis, data was collected online by conducting survey with Mongolian residents in Korea and total of 97 samples were used. The result of analysis showed that convenience has a positive effect on perceived usefulness and social influence. However, the perception of safety does not have a significant effect on perceived usefulness and social influence. In addition, the economic value of mobile easy payment service has a positive effect on perceived usefulness, but does not have a significant effect on social influence. The positive perception of usefulness has a positive effect on satisfaction. However, the social influence does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of mobile easy payment service. The analysis results indicate that the individual's perception of the mobile easy payment service's usefulness determines the satisfaction of the service, and suggests that the company focus on improving the convenience and economic value of the service in order to enhance customer satisfaction with the service.
