This study explored the developmental trajectory types of cyberflights from the late childhood to the late adolescence, compared them according to the type of mobile phone use, and analyzed the results. Based on the data from the (2011) to (2015) of the Korean Children and Youth Panel 1,899 adolescents, a growth mixed model. As a result, First the development trajectory of cyberflights was classified into the cyberflight maintenance group, the cyberflight increase group, and the cyberflight reduction group. Second, the type of development trajectory of adolescents according to the type of mobile phone use was different. among the types of mobile phone use, the types of cyberflight development trajectory of adolescents who use mobile phones for games and entertainment, listening to music, and watching videos were different. Some of the adolescents who used mobile phones for games and entertainment showed a steady increase in cyberflight levels from the second year of middle school or a slow decline in the level of cyberflight in the late adolescence. This study has established a basis for suggesting the need for systematic and individualized intervention in cyberflight.
