스포츠쇼핑몰 고객의 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 만족과 몰입에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to provide the basic information regarding marketing strategy had objective instruments to satisfaction, flow and user's attributes of demographic factors in sports shoppingmall website. This study used SPSS V. 13.0 program and frequency analysis, one-way ANOVA and regression analysis. The results of this study were follows: First, according to the test result on the difference between demographic factors and satisfaction, their were significantly different in marriage, age. Second, according to the test result on the difference between demographic factors and flow, their were significantly different in marriage, age, income. Third, satisfaction had a significant influence on flow.
