초록
The purpose of this study is to investigate what the early childhood physical education instructors' educational competency are and the order of priority in their competency. For those purpose, this study used data from 219 Questionaires gathered from early childhood physical education instructors of the sports for all fields. The survey were about competency model and competency needs of the research participants. Using the ways of data analysis in this study were Cronbanch’ α analysis, paired t-test, Borich needs analysis formula and the Locus for Focus model. As results, first, a total of 40 detailed competencies, including 4 counties and 10 fields, were identified as the educational competencies of early childhood physical education instructors. Second, through the Borich needs analysis formula, program composition and operation ability considering the children’s development level, program development and design that can induce interest, use of various suitable teaching tools, and ability to cope with unexpected situations were in order. Third, through the Locus for Focus model, 8 of early childhood physical education instructors competency, as program composition and operation ability considering the developmental level, program composition that can induce interest, various suitable teaching tools, infant motivation and evaluation ability, prevention of safety accident and safety environment were in HH quadrant.
