초록

This study aims to identify the implications and limitations of the study results and to suggest future research directions by analyzing the trends of the research on children's rights to parents and family. For this purpose, 73 studies published from 1994 to June, 2019 were selected and analyzed, the following results were obtained. First, there has been an increase in the research in relation to the topic since the 1990s, especially since 2010. Second, in the category of research, the research about recognition of children's human rights is the most. and followed by theoretical considerations on children's right, implementation of respecting children's rights, and so on. Third, in the research method, quantitative research has been conducted mostly, so that questionnaire was the most method for the data collection. Fourth, with regard to the research subjects, the research on parents and mothers has been most frequently conducted, while the research on fathers was the least. The findings suggest that it needs to activate empirical case studies, balanced approach to the subjects and the themes, and development of parent education and verification of its effects.
