This study was aimed to search their relation and establish positive relation between childcare teachers and parents of children. The investigator applied to Grounded theory, a qualitative methodology, and conducted in-depth interview with seven childcare teachers working in Suwon and Yongin cities. By putting the interviews to open encoding, the investigator extracted 13 categories and 27 subcategories out of total 90 concepts and used them to build a paradigm. Core phenomenon was extremely familiar relation due to degrade of teacher`s rights; Not parents of children to(&) teachers and consumers to(&) services, and the causal result was mistrust in their professionalism and degrade of their social position. The contextual conditions were problems of training academy, inferior work conditions and difference of expectation between them. Intervention conditions were those; what to make worse for their relation were one-side broadcast, innocent teachers and parents, oppositely what to make better was parents of children` trust There were two kind of strategies. one was individual dimension for change of their attitude and belief by themselves, another was social dimension for change of social cognition. The result showed that their rights was respected like as trusted teachers by keeping relation accommodated parents` opinion. Thus this study extracted a core category that positive relation between them could be refurbished keeping them respectable and reliable accommodated their opinions each other with lessened contrast and overcoming the trouble with parents just like change of a firm faith recognizing their right, effort for enhancement of their professionalism.
