This study utilized the Q methodology to explore stakeholders’ subjective perceptions in university entrepreneurship education, aiming to identify effective educational approaches. Thirty university professors and student entrepreneurs were surveyed to classify common perception patterns on entrepreneurship education and suggest improvements in curriculum, methods, necessity, and expected outcomes. The analysis identified four distinct perception types. The first, “Comprehensive Support Orientation,” emphasized the need for inclusive educational programs beyond traditional lectures, integrating practical support like coaching and mentoring across all stages of entrepreneurship while balancing theory and practice. The second type, “Learner-Centric Focus,” stressed the importance of adaptable curricula tailored to individual learner needs and market dynamics to enhance competencies through personalized education. The third type, “Emotion-Centered Support,” highlighted the role of emotional support in easing psychological pressures and cultivating a positive entrepreneurial mindset through community-building and mentorship. Lastly, “Customized Education Emphasis” argued for tailored programs based on learners’ characteristics, interests, and competencies, promoting diversity and maximizing individual potential. This research underscores the significance of learner-centered perception types and the design of customized entrepreneurship education, emphasizing the consideration of diverse demands in curriculum development and implementation.
